Breitling Models
Professional Series - Hercules
Description
In developing the Hercules chronograph, Breitling has deliberately opted for superlatives. Inspired by mythology, its name is there to remind people that it is one of the largest chronographs the brand has ever made. Size-wise, the figures are eloquent: it measures 44.8 mm in diameter and is thick. Among other features, it provides dual display of measured times. A 60-minute totalizer with center hand guarantees peerless readability for any chronograph measurement under one hour. For longer times, a single totalizer with two hands combines the hours and minutes, enabling read-off of the time elapsed as one would normally read the time, meaning instantly unmistakably. THis optimal legibility is made possible by a 38-jewel Caliber 39, a chronometer-cerified Breitling proprietary movement.
