Where he's willing to ship is most of the time quite flexible. I've bought several thing on ebay even though I haven't been near where the seller wants to ship. As long as you're willing to pay for your delivery it shouldn't be a problem.

But for this shirt... He says it's blue - either his photos are really bad, or he has washed it way too many times. Looks purple (with a blueish tint) to me. :)
