WOW!
ANY watch that can get both Roff and Aleister to drool over like that is worth placing into the will for the grandchildren. If you are looking to adopt a very plesant, thoughtful and respectful grandson, whom cares not in the least of the potential age confilicts and logistics of same, please PM me!!!

I was at my local AD today and handled a solid gold Motors T very similar to one pictured here. I don't remember it having a MOP dial though? :huh It was quite stunning but the sales representative did not mention anything about it being limited to 25 pieces. I will be back there later this week. I would be more than happy to get more details and find out what number in the series it was for anyone who's interested.

I didn't leave empty handed though, they sent me on my way with a new Chronolog!

Wow! That is absolutely gorgeous with the MOP Dial especially. Since I have never seen a white gold watch, I was just wondering what difference it has in appearance to stainless steel. I can only imagine that it would be a "softer" look. I realize gold is softer, but I am just trying to imagine how it would look, and if the colour or hue is much different than a stainless one.
Sorry to ask such a question, which might be a real pain to answer. It is really impossible to tell just by photos on the computer screen.
Congratulations on a rare find!
Cheers,
Carl

I stand corrected. I was back at the Jeweler yesterday and the watch they had was not the WG Motors with MOP dial. It was a YG Special Edition Motors with White dial. Although it is not a limited edition piece it is still quite amazing. They did have an LE Bentley GT YG diamond piece that was #2 out of 25. Here are some pictures of both. After a couple of trips to the AD this week I have decided that I must have a LE solid gold Bentley sooner than later!

I know we've spoken Mark, but formally and publicly.....

Congratulations on getting the #2 - definitely a nice pick up, and a very nice collection.
