let me tell all of you contributors that I am enjoying this immensely, a group of watch enthusiasts sharing knowledge and material, respectfully learning from each other.

Thank You !

FAAAANTASTIC documents Dracha. Never seen them before. Love the copy on it.

Do you know where they are from? Do you have a date of publication?

I saved them in 2006 from an Ebay seller that offered them , I have no more info :( but as they are page numbered 481-487 I expect there must be more somewhere !

Nice to have a set of them and even nice to see them.

The page numbers might mean they are out of a trade magazine like the "Swiss watch and jewellery journal", the ones I have start the numbering in the first edition of the year and then each edition that year picks up from where the last one left off.

So James Bond (Sean Connery and his 007-specific toupe) only had an entry level model in Thunderball (1965), not forgetting the bizarre case and useful geiger-counter upgrade.

Given 98M Americans went to see that film at the cinema alone, it probsbly explains the premium price of a black-faced two registered round case model.

If you take your time they are offered sometimes for very reasonable price , the biggest pit fall is buying when you want instead of buying when a good deal comes along , and that can take months / years
