I'm a VERY Skeptical EBAY/ Internet buyer. Well, I really do not do it at all lol

Please tell me what you think here...Good deal anyone ever deal with this guy?

For that amount go to an AD. Unless you could go to see the watch before buying it.
Good luck

WEll yes, I didn't plan on giving him his asking price. I was thinking more in the lines of 2500(take it or leave it)

Not sure what you are asking.

If you aren't asking on the price because you don't think that it's great, and the seller has no track record of selling watches, there's not much to offer.

There are more reliable places to make your first eBay watch purchase. Take a look a jmryshi - not great bargains, but the most reliable high volume seller of watches on eBay for my money.

Do you think it is worth what he is asking for? I was thinking more in the $2500 range but that is just me. And yes, I am and always will be scared to make ebay purchases. :?

I didn't see navi world replicas. And the pics on ebay are ok. If you want it, you have to take the risk.
The only problems are the scratches not shown on the pics, and if he took photos hiding them.

I did speak with him and he will be sending me a copy of the receipt as well. Of which I will then call the "reputable AD in Texas" myself to verify. He only purchased it a few months back as well. Do you think the $2,500 offer is fair being that it is on a gator? I will post the pics he sent to me so far as well to get everyones feedback!

Thanks for the advice(i need it)

For me... it's in good condition and if he accept the offer of 2500, I think it's fair enough.
I don't know how much does a new one cost where you live, but in my country, and I just saw a couple hours ago when I visited the local AD is about 5900$ with discounts.
The Navi world is one of the best Navitimers, good size, good movement + gmt. But I prefer Silver dial with camel croc (IMO the best combo for a navi)
It's only up to you.

I just love the Black and white contrast. I think it breaks up the watch perfectly, so it doens't look too busy even though IT IS A BUSY WATCH lol :D

Pure preference I guess. SO.....WORTH IT?!

$5745 is full retail for a World on croco strap/tang buckle. Black dial on brown OEM croco is always a great looking combo. The condition seems good. If it's running fine it is a good price. At $2500 that's almost 57% off full retail. YES, it is a very good price. Even a bit more than 2500 is a good price.

And it is a gen World and croco strap. Well, at least the pics are gen - :nana:
