They only seem to have one generic email and then they all get routed from there.

Cheers

They currently have my Seawolf which i picked up on here. when i recieved it i took it to my local AD to be resized and they mentioned they wasn't happy with the clasp and as i was still under warranty to let them send it in to BUK to get it sorted, the watch does have a minor swirl on the case and a few desk marks nothing major but since letting them send it in have been thinking maybe i should get BUK to polish it up while its there..

So thinking shall i go back to my AD and ask them to speak with BUK or go direct to BUK as they already have the watch.

Many thanks guys

Have spoke with BUK, for just the polish is nearly the same price as overhaul so decide to not get it done.

Wait till the watch is back from repair and I'll polish the minor marks out myself.

Can't remember the ladies name I dealt with on the phone, but got to say great customer service :-)

you should just get the overhaul done while its there, that way you wont have to send it back again and be with out it. Just my 2 cents.

But the watch is only just over a year old so no need for overhaul yet !

If the watch was older then yes I would of gone that route.

Oh gotcha. For some reason I was thinking it was in the 3 year range. Get the son of a bitch back then and enjoy it!!

Just noticed another email address on my acknowledgement cards, it is customerservices @ breitling-uk . com

(I've added spaces as I'm cautious of bots scraping email addresses from forums, don't want them to get any additional spam!!)
