I called BUSA on May 13 and was told 7-10 business days for delivery. It hasn't arrived.

I just called & was told that my request was being processed - the representative remembered me from a month ago!

I really dont like her - she is snotty & because I live in NY - I always get her! :evil: :evil:

I called back about 2 weeks ago and had to re-request a copy. Finally arrived today.
