The model is not common in terms of the dial style (which I quite like), but gold plated dress watches generally aren’t hugely valuable. It’s really up to you if you want to get it replated. You’ll need to have a watchmaker remove the movement and dial etc to send it to someplace like this, which is a respected workshop but there will be others too

There is a 3 or 4 digit reference number on the back of the watch that you can use to search google for other versions, prices, movement info, etc.
