Any photos of the case back?
The bridge engraving is poor and not original. Breitling used V-shaped bridges with its Venus movements, not U-shaped ones. Some early examples have the U-shaped bridges. But I do not think this is an early example, since the dial is marked "Premier". I have never seen a Premier with a U-shaped bridge. Photos of the case back and serial number would help date the watch.
It also looks like the balance cock has been suspiciously polished right in the area you would expect to see the movement import code. This movement may have come from another watch, and the import code was polished off and the bridge engraved.
The dial, hands, and case look good to me. But others may see things I don't.
