I’ve fallen in love with Breitling all over again! The “gun blue” dial is out of this world!

Love the Superocean. On my last watch purchase I came very close to buying the blue faced Rolex Submariner. I ended up buying the stainless/gold black dial Submariner instead because I reasoned the black dial is more versatile and could be worn for dress or casual. However my thirst for a blue dial still hasn’t been quenched. So that brings us back to the Superocean. I’m on the fence, I’m either buying that next or the BlancPain Fifty Fathoms with a blue dial (minus the blue strap) I like both watches equally well. Here’s a pic of the Fifty Fathoms. Image

The Fifty Fathoms with blue dial is really, really sharp! I have a Rolex Submariner and Panerai Base logo, obviously both have black dials, and I was really itching for a blue dial so when I had a chance to see the superocean live I really fell in love. I really believe if your willing to go and spend under 5k this thing is a no brainer!

I love the Superocean Heritage II, I have been looking at the cream dial with black bezel, only because I happen to have a few Breitling's with a blue dial. Check out this watch from Blancpain, truly stunning! https://www.blancpain.com/montre/5000-0240-o52a

Scoot, the blue dial on that Bathyscaphe is gorgeous. I’m also a fan of the date window at the 4:30 position. How ironic, you’re looking for a black dial because you already have too many blue dials, and I’m looking for the blue dial, because I have too many black dials. What a wonderful problem to have, don’t you think?

Hey...check out the chocolate brown dial on this Rolex Cellini. My heart melted when I saw it. After I buy the Superocean or Fifty Fathoms, this may need to be next. ImageImage
