eBay seller from Spain is currently dumping fake Breitling clasps on the market for $50. At first, the seller did not state if the clasp was authentic, but displayed pictures of the fake clasps with fake Breiling logos. I complained to the seller and now they say the clasp is a Breitling copy in the listing. Isn't it illegal to sell fake merchandise with fake logos on eBay even if you state that it is fake?

Please help me report these two listings:

he's offering that at about 20% of the OEM deployant - and notes it isn't original, so not (any more) out to deceive if the buyer is capable of reading and thinking ....
let Breitling fight their own copyright wars ?

I get what you're saying, but the listing needs to have the words "fit" or "for" in the title. This is not about Breitling "fighting their own battles", this is about me, lol. I'm trying to buy a genuine clasp on eBay and when I do a search it pulls up 200+ listings that I would have to shift through, but If I put "-for" or "-fit" in the search I get a short list of genuine clasps. I'm just asking the peddler to play by the rules and not waste my time having to go through hundreds of listings.

If you've ever experienced this clogged up eBay search scenario, please help report this. Unfortunately, it's the only way to get these peddlers to play by the rules.
