Hello,

I just came back from my favorite AD (L'Etoile D'Or Rue du Fbg Montmartre in Paris) and got a huge surprise with the new Breitlng's catalogue
ONLY 25 models in the 11 themes (including Breitling for Bentley) :guns:

Here are the pictures of the models of old catalogs, Pure Breitling, 194 pages with 37 models without range Breilting for Bentley

Now Runway 11 (September 2011, 25 models for 11 lines in 75 pages ...)

The various famous "Microsoft Excel table" specifications for a full range of lings at the end of each one have also gone ... :wowzers
What weight loss program, some leading models of the range professional simply disappear (Emergency, Aerospace, Colt ...)
What do you think, I look forward to your advice, knowing that this catalog is not currently provided in France with a new price list ...

Does Breitling want to put only models with "in house" movement ?
The professional line with only 2 models?

Their new web site indicates more models, will they also disappear from there?

Best regards,

Challenger_fr

The Runway catalogue is usually just the post-Basel publication to show the new models only, and it acts as a pre-cursor to the full Chronolog/Pure Breitling catalogue later on. However, no-one seems to know when the full catalogue is due this year....... The timings seem to be all over the place.

Hello,
If Runway catalogue ins the post-basel plublication, why is it present in the AD stores only in September 'Basel 2011 was in march, so 6 months ago)?
It's quite à very long time. We don't have a price increase here in France, perhaps the end of this year.

Of course I will keep you updated if we will have a new "full catalogue from 2011-2012" in a few weeks.

Best regards,

Challenger_fr

It's been available in the UK for quite some time - I got mine some months ago - but as I say, Breitlings timings seem a bit strange these days, so I'm not sure why there was a delay to get them to your AD in France.

That's right, it was available just after Basel.

However, no new "full" catalog for the time being. I just asked the AD present at the Breitling Sion Air Show last Friday and he had no clue on any date of arrival. Plenty of the old ones though on his booth.

Perfect examples - look at the Superocean and Chronomat ranges - they list the new models but not the Superocean 44mm and the Chronomat B01 as they are not new for 2011. Galactic list the new version of the Chrono, but not the other several pre-2011 release production models. SA and regular Avenger not listed but still in production. Etc...

Bentley catalogues have always been separate.
