Hello all,

I was wondering if I could get some insight on this model to confirm if it is real. My pictures of it are too large to upload, so if you know of any fakes and how to tell if this is real, I would really appreciate your help. I have entered the information as I can below.

Its from an estate sale with no paper work. Also, what would a fair market value be for this watch?

Thanks all

The back cover says
BENTLEY
MOTORS
special edition
cartifiad chronomatar
100m/330ft
SUISSE CHRONOGRAPHE
A25362
712821

Can't tell anything without picture, but would bet that with that history it's a fake worth nothing at all.

jpg files up to 250k can be attached directly, for larger pictures the instructions are here - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=453

That link doesn't work, but here's one of your photos:

It's a bad fake. The subdials show day / date compared with the real one which are a chronograph, compare here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... ey_17.html

thanks for the info. Its crazy the amount of effort someone will go through to fake something like this, and to just to fall short with 3 dials. Its a great looking watch to go through all of the necessary machining and engraving to get it to the level it is. What do you think - made in China or somewhere like that? I know they are ding that with military optics (faking them), but those are at least based on an older, existing technology.

I think that it's a very low quality fake from China. It is wrong on many levels, the subdials are just the most obvious. It will have cost a lot less than $5 to produce.
