Post subject:  Breitling Chronomat Ref. 81950 Help

I recently picked up a Breitling ref. 81590 and everything appears to be correct except I have one question I'm hoping someone can answer. The dial has "1884" and every other 81950 I can find that has this marking has the Breitling "B" on the second timing hand. Those without the 1884 have a simple stick hand. I haven't received the watch yet, but it appears that it is in desperate need of a good cleaning as well. Thanks for the help

Watch is real. Altro's online Chronomat history states '1884' branding was introduced to the dials on the ref x13048 circa 1993, but I think it started to appear much earlier.

The stick hands appear to be original. Ref 81950 examples with the 'B' seconds hand are likely a replacement handset from a service by Breitling.
