Hi everyone,

I recently purchased what I believe may be a Breitling at an auction along with a couple of other watches. From what I see it is the Grand Premier. Model A13024.1. I dropped off the watch at an authorized Breitling service store and they said it can take over 2 weeks before I know. Unfortunately I am very impatient and would love to know what everyone on here thinks! Let me know if you believe it is authentic or not and why. Thanks!

Thanks! I am really hoping it is authentic. It would be my first Breitling. Unfortunately there are no papers or box with it :( . I ran through some of the ways to check that I found online. When I shine a bright light on the face, it reflects back blue-ish / purple-ish. Not sure how easy or hard that is to replicate but it gave me a bit of hope. Do you or does anyone know if this model is frequently replicated? I know it is from 1999 and it is still in good condition.

no doubt whatsoever this is authentic.
have never seen a fake of the Grand Premier and would very surprised if they existed at all.

Yes, it's real. A lovely dress chrono (if there can be such a thing). Proud owner for many years, and here's some eye candy for you. Wear yours in good health.
