Think it's a aftermarket dial mother of pearl

Very nice watch, I love the mother of pearl dials, and I'm all about the diamonds, go for it

Impossible to tell from that photo but I see no evidence that it is "aftermarket" (which I assume is a polite way of saying fake).

My question was if breitling ever produced that kind of mop dial with baget diamond hour markers

Absolutely they produced that dial. Unsure about diamond markers, but they could easily have been added to a genuine dial.
