Hello,
I want to buy at auction this Chronomat 81950.
The photos published are not very clear and there is no picture of the movement.
I am doubtful for its authenticity. What can you tell me about it?
Is it real or a fake?
Thanks in advance for any help you can get.

Thank you for your immediate help and for your welcome to the forum.
I live in Italy and I'm a big fan of Breitling since young.
I have three, and all of the 1990s (a manual Callisto, a Sextant and an automatic Chronomat). My passion is the Chronomat 81950 in all its versions.
I take advantage of your kindness to let some other questions on the clock at auction.
What - in your opinion - the clock status?
And its estimated value on the European market (Italy / Greece / Spain)?
Where do I find the year of clock production through the serial number?
Thanks again and sorry for my bad English.

Can't date the watch from the serial. With that model number it's from the 80s (84 - 89), can't be more precise than that. I don't do pricing, check Chrono24 dealer asking prices and sold items on eBay. I am on a phone but condition looks OK for a 30 year old watch, assume it will need a service when considering what to offer.
