I apologize in advance for my repeated authentication requests. This time I am buying a Super Avenger II.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Breitling-Super ... true&rt=nc

The pluses...

-Comes from a reasonably reputable eBay seller with reasonably good feedback (99.9% positive)

-paying with PayPal through eBay so double buyer protection if it turns out to be not right

-I don't believe the SAII is a model that is replicated, at least not reasonably well.

The minuses...

-no box or papers original to the watch

Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks.

I have that exact watch, looks perfect to me. Not sure if you were the winner, if so good luck with it

Looks real to me.

Thank you both for your input. The fact that case back and movement serial numbers match is a good sign.

What do you think of end link fitment? It looks like there are some gaps.

It might just be that it has a small amount of play in it, that's on the first pic and the 2nd straight on pic looks like it's picking up a reflection that makes it appear like it's not sitting correct. Looks all legit though

Photo with the removed caseback (which would be an issue for me) shows bracelet code of 168a which is correct.

Roff, is the removed case back an issue for you due to potential compromised water resistance or something more than that?

I can have the silicone seals re-greased and have the watch kiosk at the mall do a dry pressure test.

You've got me worried now. I hope some quote/unquote watch smith hasn't jabbed around in the movement with a stick or sum such instrument.

A watch that has the caseback removed has dirt in it and potentially needs servicing.

That is true. Thank you for the heads up.
