I'm going for fake with this one as the caseback picture shows the back with the B13356 model number which as I recall is a a Chrono Evo number.

Very fake. Reported - "Bezel, sliderule, dial layout, hands, date font & caseback incorrect. Fake tourbillon at 6 o'clock."
