Watch is real. Fake of this model has incorrect number of chrono tick marks and misspelling on the case back. Crystal appears to have no AR which would be an unofficial replacement.

Is it a concern that it is not original?

Breitling will insist on replacing during servicing which will increase costs. It also indicates unofficial servicing which could have done any number of things to the movement.

The crystal might be original, it looks correct to me. Maybe the AR coat has been polished off?

I thought that originally, but don't see AR on the underside (which can't be polished off obviously).

I have seen polished and unpolished versions of this watch. Which one is original or both?

Original is brushed (although of course it could have been polished by owner), fake is polished.
