Hey guys!

I received this watch from my grandad, and I've been wearing it for sometime now. But when I got the watch it didn't come with any papers or even a box. Just curious over time, is this watch fake or real? And if it's real, what model is this? I know nothing about it..

Thanks :) Image

Wow! Fake?
What are the giveaways Roff? Looks quite well made on the face of it!

rather poor fake, actually, "faux chronograph" is the easiest tell.

I had a feel. I must say the watch is very heavy compared to my Rolex and Fossil watch, by the way the Date and time and everything is way off on this watch. Been awhile since I regularly worn it. Here's some more pics.

Yeah, I must say I'm a bit surprised that anyone was surprised. 12, 24 and 7 subdials and sunken date wheel are clear, sliderule is also pretty clear with a side by side.

And anyway to find out by typing in the serial code on and inside the watch?

Thanks guys! Appreciate it. Wish I could open the back to see if it's from Japan or somewhere. Impossible with a key of some sort though

As Roff said, it is probably from China or east Asia. But the origin is not import, only its destination, preferably a trash bin.
