Well it's a modern fake in that there is no legitimate model that looks like that, but the movement looks real. This is very bizarre.

I think this might be a real Navitimer World dial and movement remounted in a generic case.
Although it has been converted to a divers watch, I wouldn't risk it near water as it appears to have the original Navi (non-screw in) crown.

The movement is possibly (probably?) an Asian A7750 copy.
