I'd buy first and ask questions later. If most of his 3500 is higher end watches, or related items, he ain't playin'! I know how long it takes to get to 3500 feedback and a lot of mine was for $5-$20 items. If this seller is selling a fake 1) He doesn't know it. And 2) He will refund your $$$. I'll give you a little hint... when a seller has a high feedback at 100% it means he doesn't like problems and will have no problem with returns just to be done with it. Of course the item still has to be in new condition. No one stays at 100% without giving in at some point.
