Most go eventually, but wouldn't be surprised to see this one hang around as it's not obvious.

eBay doesn't care, and while they do make copyright protection services available to copyright owners, very few bother using them.

I sent a message to the seller detailing why the watch is fake but I never got a reply.
I might send a direct email to the EMR team as that sometimes works

I saw this listing too. I showed london jewelers and a couple other stores around me the pictures and they said it looked real to them. They thought a fake wouldn't have the numbers so perfect around the bezel
That is scary if its fake

some of the replica Navi 01 appearing recently are quite good, some frighteningly so.
all have sunken date windows and sliderule issues though.

late to the game but you're all (of course) correct IMO

find the differences in 'swiss made' text spacing to subdials , subdial spacing to dial slide rule , colour of datewheel , the slide rule markers do not go all the way to the inside of the sliderule ring and wing colour gold vs. SS

scarey fake though

here's the latest version, lo res pic makes it hard(er) to tell, date window color has been corrected.
rest of the issues remain, but afraid some of these will be corrected too.
