Looks real to me.

I own one and this one looks very much like mine, except that my Longitude has gray dial.

I would say yes, its good, I have been looking for a blue or a grey dial for ages, heres another to check it against, scroll down for some good pics.

Price in the UK for the one you are looking at with the leather strap would be around £900 to tops 1200, ($1350/1800)
