Called them regarding a strap for my SA. guy goes (speaking VERY fast) "i think $300 we have to order not in stock" me- for the leather not croco? guy- yes leather, maybe cheaper $280, special order, okay me- okay thank you the guy did not even offer to place the order take my name, call me back or anything =(  needless to say, my business is going somewhere else. |
