I’ve just registered to reply to your post.
I ordered some straps from this company this week, I emailed the company yesterday to check if my order had been dispatched as I had not heard from them since placing the order, simple question I thought, in fact a very popular question given the business they are in, anyway they reply I got was "Read the terms.. DAM!!!" I sent a response saying "excuse me" to which I received a reply saying " UR BANNED"
Needless to say I asked for my money back, still haven’t had a reply about that request!! but I’m gobsmacked at the customer relations this company has.
On doing a bit a research on Google it seems a lot of people have received what I can only call abuse from this guy, he is representing some large company’s and it puts you off the company whose straps he’s selling, the thing is watch collecting is a passionate pursuit and we all get excited at the thought of the new strap arriving and can't wait to try it on. To receive responses like that I received really takes the wind out of your sails.
