Hello Jason,

as a dealer with those watches, I can tell You, they have a great quality, except the bracelets. The bracelets are our main point of reclamation with GO. The exceptional thing is the large date, which is the only one, where You have both digits on the same level without a bar inbetween. Cost difference for a watch with and without large date is about 2500 Euro Retail.

Basically there are two main calibers for the Senator series: The new cal. 100 and the old cal. 39. Both are of very good quality, but the watches based on the cal. 100 are a lot more expensive and the cal. 39 is already discontinued. So if You want a watch in the starting pricerange, go for the 39, they are very good for pricing.

The Panoseries is a little bit more difficult. They have many different fun complications, some of them You don't see at all like in the Panomaticchrono. That can makes this watch extremely expensive, despite the fact, that its only a chronograph.

Glashütte watches are not COSC certified, as they are no swiss watches.

Finally I have to say, that the main pricereason for a GO is the movement, so the price difference between steel and gold variants is not as big as for example in Breitlingwatches.

There is a lot of information on the official homepage
http://www.glashuette-original.com/

If You have anymore questions, feel free to ask

I really like the look of the movements from GO. They have beautiful rotors and movement decoration, and the watches are a decent size and look great too. They don't stand out to me quite like Breitlings do, but they are a nice watch !

Alien, thanks very much for the informative reply. there are no GO ADs in korea, so its great hearing from someone who knows the brand well. i have been looking over their website, but talking to someone informed really helps put it all together.

the watch that's really catching my eye is the pano matic lunar, particularly the white face with blue hands version. could you give me some more information about this particular watch (flaws, problems, bracelet issues, songs of praise, etc), and the price (pm me if necessary).

i dont think i'll be picking one up for a few months at least . . . and the fact there is no AD here really helps out in terms of stopping the impulse buys . . . but you never know . . .

Hi Jason,

the model is 90-02-02-02-04, retail here in Austria is € 8350,- (including VAT(tax)). As an alternative I would recommend 90-02-05-02-04 with the blue face, same price. (Of course I have both on stock :D ).
Its the bestselling of the Pano line, and I have not got any negative feedback, although we have sold already a few.
Personaly, I like it because of the clearly arranged dial.

If You need any more information, I will be glad to help.

That's a beautiful watch. The retail in Europe is MUCH less than in the US it seems.. that model has a retail price of over $15,000 from what I can tell on websites in the US.

Normally not, but I can try.

Sold some watches to singapore.

Never sold anything to Korea so far.
Can You just check, if there are any import taxes, so there are no nasty surprises.

I will pm You a price
