I recently bought a Super Avenger II online. I gave the company instructions on sizing the bracelet. They sent me the watch at full size without having adjusted it at all so it had to be sent back. Then they sent it back to me too small and with the clasp half way up my wrist because they took too many links from one side. Today I received it back for the 3rd time, it fits now but again they have made it quite noticeably off centre again. There are 6 links on one side and 4 on the other. I’m not sending it away to Germany for a 4th time ! They said when the shops open again I can take it to one and get it adjusted and they will cover costs which is what I’m going to do. I do have a bit of OCD but I don’t think I’m in the wrong to want my watch to sit correctly. All though they said they will cover cost as a good will gesture they are also saying they don’t have to do that as the watch fits and that’s all that they have to do. Opinions ? BTW there were other reasons it had to be sent back, this is just one of them. |

The tools needed are reasonably inexpensive, and you then have a skill for life that you can apply to any future watch purchases and to help out friends. By the way, having an equal number of links on either side of the clasp does not necessarily result in a well balanced bracelet. It all depends on wrist profile. |

Indeed - most people with ten links on a bracelet would want six on the top of the watch and four at the bottom, which helps to stop the watch head being pulled to the outside of the wrist. Of course if they're the other way around, not so good ... |

Looking at it the clasp is further to my thumb side which is the side with 4 links , so my theory is add a link from the other side to that side and it should balance out nicely. |
