I got a choice of one of 3 watches. Speedmaster moonwatch with display back tropical brown dial, breitling blackbird 44mm version brushed with black dial, or emergency mission blue dial. What you guys think

I have a speedie and a blackbird so I can weigh in on those 2. The blackbird is one of my favorite watches as long as it comes on the faceted bracelet. That bracelet is my favorite bracelet of all time. And I like how the big date at 12 gives the watch face a very symmetrical look. The brown Omega is very unique and the display back is a nice bonus. I don't have that particular speedy, but I know that my blackbird gets much more rest time than the Omega. Overall you are deciding between some very nice watches so you really can't go wrong.

I really am finding it hard to decide. The speedy is model no 311.30.42.30.013.001
I understand it's very hard to get?

I don't know if any Speedy, except the silver snoopy from Basel last year, is that hard to get. Of the choices, I'd get the Blackbird.

I'd write the emergency mission off straight away. Between the Speedie and blackbird for me. Speedie is more of an icon but having owned one BB I'd go back for another for sure. BB for me.

Speedie. I doubt you would regret it.

Myself, I'd go for Speedy.

That version of Blackbird is a very nice watch but when I had a chance to buy it I didn't do it because of its size. I bought last version of older Chronomat Blackbird instead (A13353).
On the other side, Speedy is a simple yet effective watch and finds itself suited to many situations so I wear it often (mine is classic black dialed with hesalite on top).

Personally never been a fan of the mission, bought the original emergency instead. Of the remaining 2, blackbird vs speedy, I bought the hesalite sandwich model speedy pro :)

Speedy for me, especially with the display back.
Unless we're talking about the Blackbird Red Strike LE polished version.
Love that combination.

Well I bought blackbird but just did not feel the love for it so took it back and made a deal for an omega planet ocean 8500 45.5 orange bezel. Never been a planet ocean man but this watch was very very nice. It's my day to day watch and I even wear it to bed happy for now. My collection is complete for now anyway. On the list is omega speedy pro and batman gmt but have some serious saving to do

EM all day long. I adore my EM, the build quality is second to none and it's a decent bit of "wrist presense". Looks great on leather, rubber or the Pro II. IMHO.
