The book titled "Wristwatches" is pretty cool, the first 17 pages are a brief history lesson on the evolution of the clock and how it's become more and more technologically advanced since. It shows many of the ancient machines people used to use to measure time.
The rest of the book is a quick look at most of the major players of the watch world over the last century, and has many many pictures.(which I love in a book!) :)
The second is just the annual edition of Watches International, episode 15.
Up until now I really haven't read too much literature about watches in general, but I find myself more and more interests to learn the specific mechanics in a watch movement, to get a better understanding of how it works. Much of it will be general knowledge at first, so I don't get overwhelmed!
If anyone has any good books they want to recommend, it would be really helpful. There are I'm sure many books but I'm sure some of you will know the better ones to start out with. Thanks!

Had a book on Eterna recently. Can't remember the name as it wasn't mine. Good read and not just an advertorial.

Eternamatic, the Kon Tiki chrono and the spin off of the ETA movement side of the business. Even references to Porsche design. A really nice book. It was probably called Eterna (obviously) or something like that. Coffee table stuff with a bit more.

Yes, I picked up Wristwatches by Brunner and Pfeiffer-Belli (as recommended in the linked thread) and that's very good value.
