JacksonStone and the other lawyers here will know more about this than I do but I'd guess that the divorce was probably well spelled out in a lengthy pre-nup. My wife and I didn't need a pre-nup because we didn't have anything. Maybe that's one of the reasons we just celebrated 25 years. :wink:

All that matters is the kid gets away from that wacko cult, just like Nicole Kidman did. Cruise is a decent actor with some mega-hits but let's not forget his meltdowns, eg, the Today Show interview. Space travel, L Ron Hubbard and lie detector machines. Those kids would be better off in a trailer park.
