Well, nag factor got the better of me and I've just ordered this for my 12 yr old...(well he did get straight a's and 3 merits in his exams!)

I thought you were looking at that late 90's colt for him on eBay, Doc? You should've FORCED it on him and told him that he'd be infinitely grateful in a few years that you introduced him to the World of Breitling at such a young age! :wink:

Nah, I think you did the right thing. You cant appreciate nice stuff unless you have a lower point of reference in the past. A colt at 18 seems reasonable, but at 12? He probably will want a Patek by 20 at that rate.

Doctor,

You (and he) will be well pleased with this watch. I have an older model T-Touch and really enjoy it. It is great for traveling and also for any type of outdoor sporting.

It is a good choice, and I think he will appreciate it.

Thanks guys.....when he is older, (and bigger...though 5'7" at 12 aint bad) I might talk him into a SA, I guess I'll be too old and frail to wear mine by then :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
