Wow, just wow. I know UN make a few weird pieces (Anyone seen the Genghs Khan?) but this is just weird.

There's probably a lot of craftmanship gone into the piece but it just looks plain ridiculous! Who thinks up these kinds of concepts for watches?

Technologically amazing watches - the freak is a perfect example, but I agree - hideously ugly.

If anything the jungle watch is even worse.

While the Kremlin isnt my cup of tea, Ulysse has some very gorgeous watches with classic style. The Maxi Skeleton is one of my favorites.

Very true! I love skeleton watches.

In my opinion the Kremlin one found by VillageIdiot is hideous indeed.

Clearly, having money does not always ensure good taste. Oh, if only I had that sort of moola to spend! <Drifts off into dream land>

well besides that insult to intricate movement, they make beautiful watches. unfortunately out of my league cash wise but even if that was not the case, the case size is too small for my taste

Agreed that Kremlin is fairly grim, but in general I love UN watches. As Roff said, the Freak is fantastic in my opinion..... and I don't find it ugly at all.

I want to like them - they just seem to miss me as either too ordinary (Michelangelo) or too 'out there'. The Ludovico is a nice looking piece - but not for $20K+

Agreed the Freak is very nice. My all time favorite from Ulysse is the Dual Time 42mm. I know its a little small compared to most Brietlings, but its a good size as a dress watch for me.

Faberge Egg Packaging.

Very cool!

I would never spend that, but still pretty damn cool.

Here's The Freak. VERY cool. Notice the lack of crown as it's wound by turning the bezel. Awesome!
