Does anyone know anything about winding boxes? which one I should buy what direction should it turn for Breitlings? and so on. FYI I just bought my first Breitling, a Super Avenger and it has not been off my writs since I got it sized. What a fantastic watch. I don't know if I even want to get a box because it is most likely not coming off my wrist. But in the unlikely even it will need to be kept in style. Any thoughts? |

You will need the winder to rotate your watch in a clockwise position, and I believe it needs 800 TPD. Congrats on the watch and ![]() |

As John123 has told you a Super Avenger requires 800 turns per day clockwise. |

I have found everything I needed on this site except direction and number of rotations. Now I have that info. Thanks. |

How about this one? http://www.amazon.com/Watch-Rotator-944 ... bs_watch_8 I can't see myself spending 100+ on a winding box. I don't need it to be fancy, I dont need a brand name. Just something functional. thanks! |

Just something functional. thanks! $100 gets you out of the worst of the worst - below that it is cheap Chinese stuff that may last a year or two, but may break after one day. More importantly, these cheap ones have constant motors - no rest periods and at this price point likely no programming of speed. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. The numeorus threads already here talk about the preferred brands of watchwinders and what features to look for. |
