Bought this one on eBay. I've been going a bit crazy on the bay lately, and yes for all I've spent I could have another Ling, but this is making me happy as well so why not?

Yes, that display is looking mighty nice. You should get a Bentley to go along with that.

I have a nice story you may enjoy! I run a conference production company, and around 4 or so years ago we ran an awards event on 2 consecutive nights for a major world bank. My idea for the event was to have a positive and exciting theme and stage setting. So I called the event "Leading the Competition." 400 delegates each day with awards dinner in the evening. I built a great set, and Bentley were able to lend us the ACTUAL no 7 Le-mans car for our centre piece!!!! IT'S HUGE. Turned up at the venue in a big truck with an amazing hoist/ramp. Wheeled it straight onto the set. Wonderful. We paid Tiff Needell to be our compare for the two days. He appeared from the car during a big light & sound show to open the event. I asked Breitling if we could buy 800 baseball caps and 800 chronologs for our delegates to put on their chairs. I also wanted to buy 6 Breitling watches as the prizes for the top sales persons. But Breitling were not interested after an initial conversation and decided to ignore my emails. Apparently it was not true enough to Breitlings marketing ideal or something like that. I thought it was a very good opportunity to show off the brand, it certainly was within the event theme especially with the Bentley on the stage and a continental in the lobby. Tiff was even wearing his Red Arrows LTD Edition Navitimer!!!!! I thought they married up rather well!!! Shame really. But it was fun to play around with 'Ole No 7. Davey |

That's a beautiful little trinket you've got there, Mario. Looks like the real thing. Did you by any chance watch the LeMans race (the Speed Channel) the year the Breitling Bentley won? I stayed up all night, my eyes glued to the TV. What a race, what a car, what a watch!
