47MM is big but it fits on your whrist ok

How big is your wrist? I just got a Chronomat GMT 47mm Limited Edition. I am worried that it is too big for my 7.5 in wrist. I am fine with the size though, only worry that it is too loud.

Can't decide between a Chronomat GMT 44mm or a Chronomat GMT 47mm Limited Edition. They both fit my 7.5 inch wrist. The 44mm seems to fit better and i like its look better. The 47mm is LE and costs $1000 more. Your thoughts?
