Here is my Colt automatic, year 2005, with blue dial.

your pics are pretty.

to me the diver strap looks too big for the watch though :?

Yeah, it's little pushed towards between the lugs, and photo doesn't make it look nice.
It's ordered right, so I don't know if there are different sizes straps.
I try to take better photos on it...

That's a smaller Colt, not the Colt II, so the lug width i think is 19mm... maybe 18mm. I can't remember... speaking of which... i really need to add that model to the Database.. not sure why i haven't yet!!!

That rubber strap def looks too big for the watch.

It's 18mm, model year 2005
Strap is 19mm, so do they sell me wrong strap, or is the strap "fit for all"?

They sold you the wrong strap. You can't put a 19mm strap on 18mm lugs... that's why it looks that way.

OK, it's wrong strap then, but I live with it. :D
I thought it when it was new, but think that they wouldn't make million different strap's, and let it be because store where I buy my Colt is over 300km away.
But now I'm wiser next time!

Still a beautiful watch! I used to have the same one but with a silver dial.
