Here is my B-1 with the blue shark strap and deployant from doctor diesel.

Thanks John and it was really good to meet you earlier - thanks for the deal on the stuff too - I'm more than happy and I think it looks really good as a change from the bracelet from time to time.

By the way that is one serious 'ling you had on - WOW - lovely bit of kit!

So - hopefully this will keep me happy for a while and give me time to save up for a Super Avenger - and also give me time for the body building courses to be able to wear it without a counterweight on the other wrist!

Thanks guys - wearing every day at the moment & still stealing glances when no one's looking!

paddymac - that looks really good too - happy hunting for your B-1. Blue or Trad Black?

I also have a Blue Galuchat (stingray) strap which I'm going to try on my B-1 - will get cracking and post a pic or two to see what the verdict is.

Breitling Bloke, i think i will go for the blue dial. Both the shark skin and the Kevlar strap look so nice with the blue dial. It will also be a nice change for my SA!!! :D [/quote]

Great - good choice for the days you can't cope with the weight of your SA!

The Kevlar certainly looks good with the blue face.

For some reason the B-1s with a blue face seem to be less expensive too - a bonus for those who prefer that.

Happy hunting.

hi -

I have a 1995 Colt Automatic that came with a blue shark skin strap. Exact image below:

Image

The strap just broke due to wear and tear and I am looking to replace it. Breitling says they don't do the shark skin straps anymore. I hate shiny bracelets and my only option looks like a regular navy colored leather strap which doesn't really match the dial. Does anyone know where I can get a blue shark skin strap like the original I had. Many thanks.

Thanks a lot. Looks like it's going to be Bob for me. It's not original, but definitely looks better than a navy calf...

and thanks for the compliment on the watch...I love it :)
