Wow! The gold is stunning. It looks particularly striking on the back. It is a bit understated on the front, but nothing wrong with that.
I will be kind about the Diver Pro strap, because I am a big fan of them and of course it is on my Blacksteel. However, I do see why you would be waiting anxiously for the new strap and deployment clasp with such a watch as yours. I would have been impatient also, so I can't say I would not have done the very same thing. Looking forward to pics when the new pieces arrive. The black band will look stunning and that rose gold looks incredible.
Cheers,
Carl

The guy who owns my AD wears an 18k rose gold Navitimer just like that. Looks superb on the croco strap

Congratulations. . . .stunning, really stunning!

I love the Navitmer! Don't worry about the back strap, as they are more frequent than not! I specifically purchased my Super Ocean, and had them remove the bracelet and put on the black diver strap. You will see once you get the Croco strap and put it on the Navi, it will be a whole new watch, and you will love it even more! (if that's even possible)

I've actually used the Celsius to fahrenheit converter on the back of my buddies Navi one flight not to long ago!

Great looking LING. Wear it with a sense of accomplishment!

Congratulations!

Nice photos! I agree that the rubber on that golden Navi seems a bit strange, but I totally understand that you preferred to have it sooner than later. Hope your strap and deployment buckle arrives sooner than expected!

Thanks for following up with some pictures. That's awesome. When you told us what you ordered, I went and checked it out in some photos, but the wrist shots really bring it to life. That is SUCH a nice watch. Absolutely beautiful. Classic Breitling.

I kind of like the rubber strap -- I've got one on my watch today! -- but it's gonna look unbelievable on the croc.

It's a great choice, I'm glad it worked out. Wear it good health.

That's a lovely piece!

I've gotta say the rubber strap is like putting leopard print seat covers in a Ferrari, but hey at least you have the croco and deployant on order!

I got chatting to a bloke who had that exact same watch on the black croco at the last AD VIP event I went to, and I can tell you it looks FANTASTIC. I bet those 6 to 8 weeks can't come quick enough! :)

Great purchase!

Hi Yapping

Nice watch.

I believe it looked real good, even on plastic.

Would not mmind wearing it with plastic. Fantastic watch!

You've got to get a brown croco strap for this piece. I think it would really look stunning on some croc!

Hi Guys, Thanks for all the comments on the new Ling.

I'm loving it and can't wait till the new band comes, to tell the truth I couldn't decide on what colour, black Croc or Brown Croc so I have ordered them both!!! Pretty self indulgent I know but I couldn't help myself.

Keep well and Happy Linging !!! :D :D

Nothing wrong at all with a bit of self-indulgence! You've got a beautiful watch there, so why not go to town with a couple of croco straps for it.

(Just goes to show how wrong all those people are who say that Aussies have no taste!!  )
