Long time lurker, have two Breitlings, and now coming into ability to venture into the vintage side.

Anyone want to comment on the good /bad /ugly of this offering?

Wow! This is terrible!!

So I am new to this and trying to learn.

First thing I thought was off were the pushers? But then informed an add with similar square pushers as it seems they weren’t all round.

The signature on the movement though? Don’t think I’ve seen that one?

Just trying to learn as I go along. Wanting to procure some vintage breitlings….

Understood. Back to studying. part of why I despise Eby. I've dealt with buying selling many different categories than watches, and it's all the same. You have scammers out there.

Anyways, what's safe to look at?

Scammers exist everywhere. Good watches exist everywhere. Some people are negative on eBay, but in reality there are often lots of good watches and most time you can return via their money back guarantee if it’s fake. Don’t know if any other on line sources that do that.

In any case, my advice is to Google the reference number on the caseback to study pictures. Look carefully though. If you can’t find the same pictures pretty readily it’s likely fake.

Understand that re: eBay. Have done years of buying and selling in there in a different medium, and eventually migrating to Amazon. You would be surprised at the number of counterfeit items even in Amazon. Maybe worse than eBay.
