Hello vintage Breitling experts!

Asking for your assistance on this Chrono24 listing. I am new to the vintage world of watches and Breitling in particular.

1. Is this an authentic example? What is '211 19' on the back referring to? 19 is perhaps lug width? What model is this - Cadette?

2. I notice a possible lug, spring bar issue in pictures, as I see it loose on one end. Do you see the same?

3. Lastly, can you comment on the price point. The seller had it previously listed ~$1,500.
