Post subject:  ID and info on 1950's (?)

Hi, I've recently started looking to get into vintage watches, and so have been browsing various places for any that would fit my style.
Within a lot of a bunch of Omegas, I spotted the following piece, that I'm having a tough time finding any info on, so I hope that you can help me.

As it's just one watch among many in the lot, the quality isn't great, and there are only the two images attached.
The guy hasn't provided any additional info on it, but I've asked for additional pictures / info, and am waiting for a response. For now, however, this is all I have to go by.

My initial search places it around 1950's, as a unidate - at least it's the same style.

To me, it looks almost too clean, with a lack of markings on the dial, so I'm not sure if it's worth anything?

You didn't reveal what your reference number was but usually when they just have the raised 'B' visible they've been either cleaned or repainted. This Navitimer is from the same era and closely resembles some Unidate's so you can see what printing is normally found for these years.
