Hi everyone,
Been lurking for a while, since the first time I fell in love with a vintage Premier piece. Currently eyeing a 797, but have my doubts. As you can see in the pics below, the Chronograph indeces do not appear to be original. Can those be sourced with a reasonable effort?
Also was wondering if the combined scepticism and knowledge in this forum can spot other red flags?

There was no picture of the movement. However, this piece is sold by a reputable Swiss based grey market retailer and comes with a certificate of authenticity, but not sure how much that really means.
Many thanks in advance for your input.

The watch is a 797 and the subdial hands are incorrect but pretty minor given the dial condition. Not sure what your concern about the “chrono inideces” is — do you mean the pushers? If so, given the dial condition, I would say that’s a pretty minor issue.

Sorry, not a native speaker. Meant to say the sub dial hands were not original.
Dial is not in the best imaginable condition, but at least honest. That is accounted for in the price and brings the watch well into my budget. Thanks for the feedback.

Would be great if anybody had an idea if there is a good place to source original hands from, if that is even realistic.

Seller of the above watch was a little tight lipped, decided to walk away.
Came across another option in my search. From my research on this forum, I could confirm that the year alleged by the seller is correct. So far the caseback seems legit. Not too sure about the rest. Especially the dial as I could not find another with that dial / reference combo. Would be really great if someone could share an opinion, please. Thank you.

The 760 is correct with the minor exception of the crown which is truly minor.
