The watch is a quartz SuperOcean reference 80330 from the early days of the Schneider-era. It appears as early as the 1980 catalog (although the links to those in BreitlingSource are broken - or need Java installed, which I am not prepared to do anymore). Anyway, here is a picture of a page I found.  It looks like Practisub is/was a brand of a dive equipment reseller/manufacturer, and they may have once offered co-branded Breitling watches for sale, or maybe it was some kind of commemorative watch commissioned by the company. Their website is a dead link, so I suspect they are no longer in operation.
