Hey all,
I stumbled across this watch in my home town, I'm mainly curious about the hands. Am I correct in assuming that regardless of what the website says the 769 only ever came with syringe hands?

No, it came with syringe as well as solid stick hands, in in the later days a lumed dauphine handset. Didn't come with the ones you have there though.

lume: dagger on the earliest, then syringe in two width, then candlestick with the 40s dials, in the end dauphine with the Breitling Geneve. a lot of variations here, but these are wrong.
