The most that any of us would assess is that it looks like the rear face of a Breitling Navi or Cossie , nesting a cal Venus 178 . Impossible to see SN and model from your pics. With SN 11446xx we can say it has been issued in 1967.

Pics of the front face are necessary to say more...

+1 ... Looks like a real Navitimer movement and case but in most of the examples that have been floating around, those are the only authentic parts! Post more photos for more valuable input
