re your first question: yes, definitely worth servicing, though I do hope that the crystal scratches can be polished out(should be no problem if they are not too deep, your pic is not the best...), replacement crystals are very, very rare and quite expensive.
white/white dial: I personally prefer the white/white 1808 dials and they are quite a bit rarer as you state, tend to fetch better prices.
giving you a reliable estimate of value is impossible without better pics, but a fully functioning white/white ref. 1808 in decent condition should fetch around $1.8-2k at least with a little patience, maybe a little bit more; asking prices are typically quite a bit higher.
