I wouldn't touch a watch with a redone dial since it looses most of it's collectible value. If just as a wearer, dont think that dials been refinished to even look like an original but others here will comment.

fake junk from a well known Frankenfaker.

ZERO ! percent original, no part of this watch ever came near a Breitling workshop

:yeahthat

Dial is a fabrication, case is not a Breitling. Keyless works gear may be original, but I wouldn't put money on that either.

Well yeah, but this isn't really a "great fake".

Breitling made a number of Datoras and similar, but there are also numerous fakes so always check here. If you search the vintage section for Datora you will get an idea of the models that appeal to you.

Yes definitely the experts espcially roff have saved my hide numerous times. Is they anything that beetling made with the date and day of the week window? That's what I really like its useful to me as I'm always losing track. Can't believe eBay allows so many fakes half of them are from south America or china!

Yes there are some.

Pick up a copy of Benno Richter's book and you'll see many different vintage Breitlings and have an opportunity to decide on the models that you like.
