Very odd outer scale on the dial, but looks inherently OK to me. Crown's a replacement, and concerned that there is no movement shot despite taking the watch out of the case, but don't see any glaring issues.

Does writing inside back of case look sloppy?

Sure, but it's watchmaker servicing marks - that's what they look like.

would ask for a movement shot, just to be sure. as Roff said, basically ok, the outer scale on these is a seperate ring, am quite sure this one is - quite badly - refinished (if anybody has a nice one lying around, I'm in the market...), dial is not too nice.
